SUNDANCE by Heartland featuring aluminum-framed, smooth
fiberglass sidewalls. With rugged, yet lightweight construction
and a sleek fiberglass exterior, the SUNDANCE was designed
to provide families on-the-go with a level of luxury
rarely seen in this price range.
Floor plans range from 24' weighing in at 6,610 pounds
to 31' at 8,360 pounds. All Sundance XLT fifth wheels are
six sided aluminum framing (walls, roof, floor and ends.)
Additionally all have enclosed and heated holding tanks.
The holding tanks are heated via a duct system from the
25,000 BTU furnace. Many coaches in this class have only
a 18,000 BTU furnace. In this case, size does matter!
That's not all!
The Sundance XLT has a vacuum
bonded roof that is five inches thick and a vacuum bonded
floor that is three inches thick. The result , an ultra-
light fifth wheel that is lighter, stronger, quieter and
more thermally efficient than any fifth wheel in is class

Plant Manger Steve Johnson was so confident in the superior design and strength of the SUNDANCE XLT roof construction that he offered to have his personal truck lifted up and set on the coach to test it! There is no “photoshop” work on this photo - the truck was set on the roof of the coach with no extra support and it passed the test with flying colors!
