June 2008... Alfa Leisure closes doors. Luxury motor home and fifth wheel manufacture Alfa Leisure has ceased operations, shuttering the doors of its facility in Ontario, Calif. Reports indicate that 150 employees were impacted by the closing. Alfa Leisure was founded in 1977 by Jonnie Crean, whose father founded Fleetwood RV. The Company was acquired in 2005 by Los Angeles-based Nogales Investments. Alfa Leisure is the latest RV manufacturer to cease operations. National RV Shut Down in December 2007 while Western RV located in Yakima, WA announced it was suspending operations in April 2008. RV Pro, June 2008, p.62

The UDC joins Sundance's other high end features such as power rear electric stab jacks, solid surface counter tops, air mattress hide-a-beds and eight lug axles with sixteen inch wheels.
